FAQ & RULES

WHAT IS AXE THROWING?

Similar to darts, Axe Throwing is a target sport, performed by attempting to hit the target from behind a specified foul line (10-12 feet away). Competitors will be aiming for the bullseye by throwing with one or two hands; the closer you get to the target, the more points you earn!

WHY SHOULD I TRY IT?

If Bowling and Darts are becoming boring to you, it's time to try something new! There’s nothing quite like hurling metal at timber. Axe throwing is gaining popularity across the world as a recreational activity, and is no longer just reserved for lumberjacks or Vikings!

IS IT SAFE?

Under our supervision, and within our fully-enclosed caged throwing lanes, it’s completely safe! Listen carefully to all safety instructions, and feel free to ask questions before you begin. No hard alcohol or drug use is permitted. Also, do not engage in any behavior that could potentially endanger others during your time with us. And, in the unlikely event that there is an injury during your game, please report it to the staff immediately.

HOW OLD SHOULD I BE?

Although Axe Throwing is considered "fun for all ages," we recommend this activity for those 10 years old and up.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

For your safety, closed-toe shoes are required; no heels allowed! Comfortable clothes are preferred, for ease of throwing.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Just yourself and a great attitude! Throwing axes are provided for you inside the lanes. Outside axes or weapons are not permitted.
